1. What is included in the price to the offered by MOSKOV Ltd. Product (apartments, garages, stores)?
The offered for sale by MOSKOV Ltd. apartments, stores and garages are placed at the owner's disposal completely finished. That means:
the flooring of the corridors, terraces and balconies, cellars, basements and closets are covered with granite tiles, faience, terra - cotta or laminated flooring - at the client's choice.
bathrooms and WC are tiled with terra - cotta and faience tile and are fully fitted - showers, wash - / hand basin, hot - water cistern, WC - pot, flushing cistern, faience, terra - cotta.
for the bedrooms, dinning - and living - rooms the customer has a choice between terra - cotta and laminated flooring.
generally for the apartments - the windows have PVC frames, the front doors are in metal with a beautiful safety lock. Inside are a MDF doors. There are an apartment electricity board, electricity keys, contacts and wall - plugs.
The prices of our apartments didn't include the cost of the lights (chandeliers and bed side lights).
ALL THE PRICES BY MOSKOV LTD. DIDN`T INCLUDE THE NOTARY TAXES! THESE FEES ARE AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
2. Can the foreign customers to buy apartments, stores, garages etc. in Bulgaria?
The foreign customers can buy the indicated property. Buying they acquire the right to build the property - in fact is MOSCOV Ltd. the developer, but the specified right is real and inheriting right. In fact that means: buying the foreign customers automatically became owners to the property.
When executing the purchase in front of the Notary, there must been the Customer as a contracting party on one hand, representative of MOSKOV Ltd. s a contractor on the other hand and the licensed translator - it is a law exigency as the Bulgarian legislation. Those measures facilitate the two parties; avoid the hesitations, and gives clearness and honesty in the sale - trade deals with real estate.
3. How to buy in the off - plan projects to MOSKOV Ltd.?
The deal pass in front of the Notary, the customer pay the expenses for the Notary taxes and receive the Title deet.
MOSKOV Ltd. prepares Builder Contract, and by request makes copy of the apartment, store or garage plan for the customer.
4. Which are the payment modes in MOSKOV Ltd.?
In purchase of real estate which is in completely terminated condition, the sale - trade deal realizes then only 100 % to the value of the purchase are paid. All our deals are clean and honest - that means they pass in front of the Notary and the customer receive Title deet.
When the real estate - apartment, store, and garage are not in their completely terminated condition we deal with the customer in a off - plan sales. Then the customer pays at first 80 % to the value of the purchase, then the deal pass in front of the Notary, the two parties sign Builder Contract. In this Contract, the customer takes the obligation to pay 10 % to the value of the purchase when MOSKOV Ltd. finish the roof to the building and 10 % to the value of the purchase when the customer receive the key to his property.
